Martin Lorch, President

Co-founder of BPI Capital Management, Mr. Lorch is a licensed real estate broker. He is managing member or general partner in numerous real estate syndications. His area of expertise is finance and accounting. He also holds a D-8B License from the AZ Department of Fire, Building, and Life Safety to sell manufactured housing units. Prior to reaching Arizona in 1979, Mr. Lorch was employed by The Beaumont Company, the largest and oldest apartment management company in Los Angeles. While there he developed and directed the company's data processing department.
